The business leaders group Identity Clark County has appointed Tracey Fernandez and Phil Wuest to its Board of Directors.
Fernandez has served as the Chief Financial Officer of PeaceHealth Columbia Network since 2020. She brings 25 years of healthcare finance experience, including as CFO for Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Apple Valley, Calif., and for Riverside Community Hospital, Riverside, Calif. She has a degree from the University of Southern California and is a certified public accountant.
Wuest is President and Chief Development Officer of Ginn Group, a Vancouver-based real estate development firm. Before joining Ginn Group in 2017, he practiced law, served as transportation development manager for the City of Vancouver and was travel model analyst for Clark County, Washington. He has a juris doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School.
Identity Clark County is a 32-year-old nonprofit business advocacy organization comprised of about 110 influential business leaders who together strive to build a better community.
