One aspiring businessperson will have a unique opportunity to serve for a year alongside the region’s most accomplished business leaders on the Identity Clark County board of directors.
The nonprofit business leaders group is seeking its ninth honoree for the Ed Lynch board seat, a one-year courtesy role for an emerging business leader which honors the late businessman and philanthropist Edward Lynch who chaired the group for more than a decade.
“The Ed Lynch Board Seat helps young executives connect with regional business and community leaders while helping ICC keep in tune with the next generation as we strive to make our community an even better place to land, live and learn for a lifetime,” said Ron Arp, President of Identity Clark County.
Qualifying individuals come from the private sector, demonstrate strong potential as a business and community leader, possess positive character attributes and are capable of participating in ICC board meetings and activities.
“Serving in the Ed Lynch Board Seat is an honor. I’ve learned so much and have seen first-hand how ICC encourages business leaders to be highly engaged. I hope the next person who serves in this seat will learn what I have learned about the organization and the region, and that they will take every opportunity to become more involved in our incredible community,” said 2024 honoree, Lance Randall. Randall is a Camas resident and executive director of the Black Business Association of Oregon.
ICC is seeking referrals and suggestions from investors and friends. Expressions of interest include a resume or biography, and letter of interest or support sent to [hidden email].
