Ed Lynch Honorary Seat

In his retirement, Ed Lynch became a long-standing chair of Identity Clark County, and upon his death ICC recognized that no one would fill the Ed Lynch seat so the board created this seat to honor up-and-coming business rising stars with full voting privileges. Each fall ICC completes the selection process for a new honoree.
